Weather & Cancellation

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customers may cancel up to 7 days prior to scheduled event. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to rescheduled event within 6 months. Any cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event will be SUBJECT to a 1/2 (half) price cancellation fee if the unit(s) are not able to be re-rented. If the unit(s) are re-rented the fee is waived.

 

All events that need to be rescheduled must be done 7 days prior to the scheduled event date to avoid any penalties or fees.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING:

Living in Florida we deal with weather on a day to day basis. Severe weather cancellations will be determined by 3 C's Bounce Houses and the customer 24hrs before the event. We understand the possibility of having to reschedule due to poor weather conditions and no fee will be applied. If the customer decides to have the event and confirms delivery full payment will be due. If 3 C's Bounce Houses decides to cancel or reschedule due to poor/ unsafe weather conditions no fee will be required from customer.

Florida weather changes every day! We encourage our customer to watch the weather report and expected time of poor weather up to the day before their scheduled event. Many Florida storms are late afternoon and do not effect party times. We have had customers cancel due to forecast weather only to have great weather the day of the event. We will do our best to deal with weather and each situation.
